“Don’t try to get back your lost item once leaving into room ”

“I stayed there for three days. No one cleaned my room on the first day, and again on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 4 PM. I had to ask before someone finally cleaned it. The alarm clock in the hotel room was on and started ringing at 6 AM – I was going crazy! The hotel's soundproofing was terrible; it was very noisy outside. This was a very poor experience overall.”

“Pretty cool aesthetic vibe with great walking distance to the nearby harbor. Overall enjoyed the room, pretty simple but cozy. Did not interact much with staff as we were in and out exploring before things were up and going there. Only thing that wasn't ideal was the noise - room was located on the side street where large trucks were unloading early in the AM but that's likely unavoidable in that area as most hotels are tucked into the hill with other businesses and or homes. “The experience was terrible, with tons of random extra fees, including a mandatory destination fee of $30 per day. ( A nightly resort fee of $33.84 has already been charged. ) During check-out, I was just a bit confused and asked the front desk why this fee was charged since it wasn’t mentioned during check-in or listed on the Expedia invoice. The African-American woman at the front desk was incredibly impatient and had a terrible attitude, making me feel like she was ready to hit me if……
